But despite repeated racial slurs throughout the attack, with chants heard including “F*** Donald Trump!” and “F*** white people!”, charges do not reflect the “terrible racist” attack, it is claimed.

Jordan Hill, Tesfaye Cooper, Brittany Covington, all 18, and Tanishia Covington, 24, have been charged with criminal hate crime, aggravated kidnapping and other felony charges.

Sick footage emerged online of the attack, where the mentally disabled teen was bound and gagged before 24 hours of torture.

The 18-year-old victim had been tricked into meeting Hill, who he knew previously, but when he arrived in West Lexington, Chicago, US, he was set upon by the gang.

He can be seen cowering in the corner as he is hit, kicked, and has sharp objects thrust into his head.

The laughing thugs cut up his clothes, cut his hair with a knife, covered him in cigarette ash and slashed his head.

His captives make him crawl to the toilet and force him to drink the water as they mock him and taunt him.

The attackers, who are black, were heard yelling anti-white epithets at various points throughout the 30-minute video.

They can also be heard laughing, discussing drug use and yelling “F*** Donald Trump!” and “F*** white people!”

Chicago Area North Detectives Commander Kevin Duffin said the charges were hate crime but would not go as far to say it was a racially motivated attack.

He said: “We have the statements of the four of them.

“They admit that they were beating him, kicking him, they made him drink toilet water, and then obviously the video where they’re cutting a piece of his scalp.”

However, on Thursday police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said the suspects made “terrible racist statements” during the attack, but that investigators believe the victim was targeted because he has special needs, not because of his race.

After charges were brought police said it was “six of one and half a dozen of the other” when asked if the hate crime was to do with racism or disability.

Americans were furious after the attack suggesting it had to be charged as racism.

One wrote: “They say, “F White People” very clearly in this video.

“This attack on a white, special needs man is pure racism.”

Family members of the boy have revealed he was dropped off at McDonalds to spend time with Hill, who he had been friends with.

The charges also include aggravated unlawful restraint and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

So black people can now kidnap white people, tie them up, cut them, spit on them, and scream “FUCK WHITE PEOPLE”… and our pathetic government will say that “Its not a racially motivated issue”… In case you aren’t paying attention, your government is your enemy.
