The following is a translation of a recent post from the website of the 87-year-old recently-jailed Holocaust truth-teller Ursula Haverbeck:
In the Epistle of Paul to the Ephesians, we read of the struggle which mankind has to endure:
“For our struggle is not against flesh and blood,
but against the rulers, against the authorities,
against the powers of this dark world and against
the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that
when the day of evil comes, you may be able to
stand your ground, and after you have done everything,
to yet hold to truth. Stand firm then, with the belt of
truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate
of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted
with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace.
In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith,
with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows
of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the
sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.”
(Ephesians, chapter 6, verses 12-17)
If this was true in the days of St. Paul, how much more so today?
A war is raging for the soul of mankind and the battle, led by the spirit of God manifested in the souls and personalities of those who hold firm to our Creator’s Truth and Love enters the final phase.
A victorious one for man. This we fervently hope, pray and believe.
Now the instruments of Satan have even succeeded in bringing down the article of Basic Law which still hindered them in their warlike intentions. Since January 1, 2017, the decision of the Bundestag has ceased to be Article 26 of the Basic Law, which stated unequivocally: (1) Actions which are appropriate and which are undertaken with a view to disturbing the peaceful coexistence of the peoples, in particular to make preparations for an offensive war, is unconstitutional. Such preparations will be punished. Accordingly, the paragraph “Preparing for an offensive war”, paragraph 80 Criminal Code has been deleted since 01.01.2017. From the Criminal Code of the FRG: “Anyone who prepares an attack (Article 26, para. 1 of the Basic Law), in which the Federal Republic of Germany is to be involved, thereby causing the danger of a war for the Federal Republic of Germany will be punished with imprisonment for a period between ten years and life imprisonment.
So it was until 31 December 2016 in paragraph 80 of the FRG Criminal Code. Since today 0:00 o’clock there is no longer this paragraph. The law of § 80 StGB was deleted punctually for the New Year’s Fireworks. This was the result of a decision of the German Bundestag adopted on 1 December 2016. The Bundestag of the FRG was followed by a resolution of the Committee on Legal Affairs and Consumer Protection, with its abolition of the same statute against the initiation of offensive ‘war’ .
Furthermore, the legal website “buzer.de” lists the most recent amendments to the Code of Crime, which enter into force on 1 January 2017:
Today:”Anyone who publicly, in an assembly or through the dissemination of writings (§ 11 para. 3) to the crime of aggression (§13 of the international criminal code) is punished with imprisonment of three months to five years.ˮ
Earlier version of § 80a:
“Anyone who incites to a war of aggression (§80) publicly, in a meeting or through the dissemination of writings (§ 11, para. 3), shall be punished with imprisonment for a period of three months to five years.ˮ
